Jacqueline Acheampong (born December 16, 1998) known famously as Gyakie is a Ghanaian singer and songwriter.

Early Life & Education
Gyakie was born and raised in Bompso, a suburb of Kumasi where she still resides.
She is originally a native of Abuakwa, Kumasi.
She is the daughter of the popular Ghanaian high-life legend Ernest ‘Owoahene’ Nana Acheampong well known as Nana Acheampong, one half of the famous Lumba Brothers.
She went to TI Amass in Kumasi for her secondary education and also majored in International Business at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
Career
Gyakie had a passion for music at a tender age and came through professionally in 2019.
She released her debut EP “Seed” in August 2020. The project comprises 5 solid tracks and is full of different sounds.
She got her first feature with the high-life sensation, Bisa Kdei on the single “Sor Mi Mu” released in 2020.
She is managed by FLIP THE MUSIC is management which supports her music career despite not being signed to a record label.
Gyakie came to limelight with the single “Never Like This” which was accompanied by a music video.
She has performed on different stages across the country such as; Tidal Rave, Rapperholic, Repu Hall Week, and so on.
